Family of Serhiy Dolhikh

A soldier of the 128th mountain infantry brigade Serhiy Dolhikh was born in Zaruddya village (Ternopil region).

Early in the morning on November 16, 2014, the terrorists laid a trap and injured 3 Ukrainian soldiers. Serhiy Dolhikh was shot in his leg and the bullet grazed an artery. However, he was holding the field, crawled away from the road, twisted a tourniquet, and continued fighting.

Unfortunately, another bullet and a grenade that hit him were fatal.

After his death, Serhiy left behind his beloved 9-year-old daughter Sofia. The girl lives with her mother in Kyiv. She dreams of a small round aquarium with fish and a tablet. We met the family of the Hero to support them!
